Packing list envelopes are used in overnight-parcel-delivery and courier parcel delivery market to put consignment notes, airwaybills and relevant delivery documents.
Here is a photo of a used packing list envelope from TNT Express with its logo at the bottom right corner. As it had been used, the top portion had been detached from the box in order to remove the documents in the pouch during custom clearance and delivery to the receiver at the destination.
